Shipping
- Items will be shipped via Canada Post. Depending on the nature of some items and production time, shipping may take up to two weeks. Some of our products are in digital format ( aka diy printable) which means that you will receive a PDF or JPG file that you can print at home or at a print shop. This method does not require shipping so it is convenient and easy. You can also print from any country.
Orders that require printing will be processed Monday-Friday. If you placed an order over the weekend or holiday, it will be processed the next business day.

How long will I receive my first proof?
You will receive your first proof within 12-24 hrs
- You will receive 3 free revisions. After 3 revisions, there will be a $3.00 fee for additional revisions
What is the difference between Faux gold foil, faux glitter vs. actual oil design?
Some of our designs are made with digital gold foil and faux glitter, which means that the printed results does not contain actual gold foil or glitter. We also carry products that are made with actual gold foil (eg. some of our art prints). These designs are printed and foiled in the studio.
How does Instant Download Files work?
Instant downloads are files that you can immediately download after payment. These files are not customizable meaning there won't be any colour/text changes.
Are Instant Downloads or Digital Files refundable?
Due to the nature of these products, instant downloads and digital files are non-refundable once they have been downloaded. However, if you are having issues with your files, please contact us and we will gladly work with you if you are having problems or questions

Because of the nature of customized printed designs, all sales are final. Please check proofs to ensure all information is correct.
